Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Early Expiry for Digital Services
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, if the trader has begun the performance of the contract after the consumer (a) has given prior express consent to begin the performance during the withdrawal period and (b) has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of the performance of the contract.
