Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the imprint of this website.
How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected by you providing it to us. This may be data that you enter in a contact form.
Other data is automatically collected by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of page access).
3. Discord OAuth Integration
We use Discord OAuth for authentication. When you log in via Discord, we collect the following data:
- Discord User ID
- Username and discriminator
- Email address (if shared)
- Avatar URL
- Server memberships (for setup purposes)
This data is used to operate the service and, where necessary, disclosed to the external providers described below.
External providers and international processing
We use external providers under their published standard terms and privacy notices. For some providers, those standard terms automatically incorporate a data-processing addendum or transfer clauses; we have not negotiated custom provider terms. Processing outside Switzerland or the EEA may occur.
AI providers
Anthropic receives your prompt, selected language, the required text-based Discord server context and, when attached to the request, supported images or PDF documents. When the separately labelled GLM 5.2 staging evaluation is selected, Z.AI receives the prompt, language and text-based server context and processes them in Singapore. Attachments are not sent to GLM 5.2. Do not include sensitive personal data in prompts.
Analytics and advertising
Google receives usage data only after analytics consent and advertising/conversion data only after marketing consent. TikTok receives page and conversion data only after marketing consent; for signed-in users, advanced matching may include a SHA-256-hashed email address and Discord user ID. Consent can be changed at any time in Cookie settings.
Platform providers
Stripe processes payment and billing data. Supabase stores account, subscription, configuration and service data. Discord processes OAuth identifiers, guild configuration and bot API operations. Hetzner hosts the application infrastructure in Germany.
Your versioned choice is stored in bmd_cookie_consent for 180 days. Analytics storage includes internal page-view/session measurement and A/B assignment. Marketing storage includes referral, campaign and click identifiers plus Google and TikTok storage. Optional storage is not created before the matching opt-in and is cleared where technically possible after revocation.
Processing locations, retention and available safeguards depend on each provider's current standard terms and privacy notice. Review the linked notices before using a provider and do not submit sensitive or regulated data.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that your web browser stores on your device. Cookies help us make our service more user-friendly, effective and secure.
Some cookies are "session cookies". Such cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your browser session. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them.

6. Data Retention
Account, configuration, and service data are kept while your account is active and removed through the account-deletion process.
