1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by BuildMyDiscord. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Scope of Services
BuildMyDiscord offers a service for automated setup of Discord servers. The service includes:
- Creation and configuration of Discord servers
- Setup of channels, roles and permissions
- Provision of templates for various use cases
- Optional: Premium features depending on chosen plan
3. Usage Requirements
To use our services, you need:
- A valid Discord account
- Administrator rights for the server to be configured
- Consent to use our Discord bot on your server
4. Pricing
Free Plan
The Free Plan is free and includes basic features for setting up a Discord server.
Premium Plans
The Premium Plan (Pro) is paid. Current prices can be found on our Pricing page. All prices include applicable VAT.
Payment Terms
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment is made by credit card, PayPal or TWINT.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you will have access to all premium features until the end of the paid period.
Cancellation can be done via your dashboard or by email to Discord Server
7. Liability
We are not liable for damages arising from the use of our services unless they are based on intent or gross negligence on our part.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our services. Maintenance work may lead to temporary interruptions.
8. Hosting and Availability
No Claim to Unlimited Hosting
There is no legal entitlement to unlimited hosting of the service. Hosting depends on internal technical and economic conditions and can be changed or terminated at any time. The provider does not owe permanent provision of hosting infrastructure. Discontinuation of the service is permissible in particular if operation is no longer economically reasonable, for example because ongoing infrastructure costs exceed total revenues.
Termination upon Business Closure
In the event of termination of business activities, termination of the service, or discontinuation of the provider, users will be notified at least 14 days in advance. Users are responsible for backing up their data.
No Liability for Service Termination
In the event of service termination, the provider is not liable for damages arising from loss of data, access, or hosting. This applies to both free and paid subscriptions. For paid subscriptions, a pro-rata refund of the remaining period will be made.
Changes to Free Services
Free services can be modified, restricted, or terminated at any time without prior notice and without any claims for compensation.
Data Export
Users are responsible for regularly exporting their data. After service termination, data cannot be recovered.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. You will be informed of significant changes by email. If you do not agree to the changes, you can cancel your subscription.
10. Applicable Law
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
